James “Jim” Martin was born 31 Jul 1858 and died on 4 Nov 1942. He married Josephine “Jossie” Ann Thomason on 27 Dec 1903. They are both buried at Concord Methodist Church in Elberton, Georgia. To them were born six children, Thomas “Tom” Benjamin Lunsford, Sarah Ann “Alice” Lunsford, John Jackson Lunsford, Seaborn “Seab” Lunsford, William “Bill” Sprewell Lunsford, and Luther Omer Lunsford
